III The name
Etymology

An old word, put back to use.

Broete is an almost forgotten Swedish word for a small bridge — usually in stone, often over a brook, sometimes a hundred years old. Not spectacular. Functional, beautiful in its simplicity, and it holds.

/ˈbrùː.ɛ.tə/ · noun, neuter
broete
older Swedish, regional; cf. Old Swedish broit, bröit.
A small bridge, often in stone, built to carry a path across a stream.
Figuratively: a limited connection that enables crossing — from one ground to another.

The studio builds bridges between your data and a decision, between a question and a clear answer, between an idea and an expression.

The bridges are intentionally small. Each tool solves one defined task and does it well. We don't believe in platforms that try to do everything.

A broete isn't small because of scarcity. It's small on purpose; it carries exactly what needs to be carried, nothing more, and it does so for a hundred years.

One purchase

Buy once. Use forever. No subscription, no creeping price hikes, no features that suddenly disappear behind a paywall.

Local

All processing happens in your own browser. No accounts, no cloud storage, nothing that leaves your computer. Your data stays yours.

Self-contained

The output is a single HTML file. You can share it, email it, put it on an intranet. It works offline. It will work ten years from now.
